About this page

Why Unspoken Thoughts exists, and who’s behind it.

Who I am

I’m a licensed counselling psychologist (CCC) based in Canada. For a while I’ve wanted to build something that puts real clinical thinking into tools people can use day to day, outside a session room.

Why “Unspoken Thoughts”

The stress you push through quietly. The thought you almost texted a friend, then didn’t. The feeling you can name but haven’t sat with. Unspoken Thoughts is a space, and a growing set of tools, for exactly that. Nothing dramatic. Just somewhere to start putting words to what’s already there.

What these resources are, and aren’t

They’re structured, evidence-informed worksheets made by someone trained to think carefully about how they’re built. They are not therapy, they don’t diagnose anything, and they can’t replace working with a licensed provider. If something feels constant or unmanageable, please reach out to one.

Where this page came from

This page began as fitforminds, sharing productivity and growth-mindset tips. It’s now becoming something different, with the same followers and a new purpose. I’m building it slowly, alongside a full-time job and family life, so it will grow steadily and honestly.

Unspoken Thoughts offers educational and self-reflection content only. It is not therapy, a diagnosis, or a substitute for professional mental health treatment. If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed provider or your local emergency services.
